Buyer Fees
Alabama Auction House charges a 10% buyer’s premium, which is added to the final high bid on all equipment and vehicles. Applicable sales tax will also be applied where required by law.
There is no fee to register or bid.

Seller Fees
Sellers are typically charged a 10% commission, calculated per item sold, with a maximum fee of $2,500 per item.
Once an item sells, the seller receives the net proceeds (approximately 90%) via check or ACH.

Storage & Pickup
Items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window.
A $25 per day storage fee may apply to items not removed within the designated timeframe or set time made within 48 hours of auction close.
